The Power of Nitric Oxide Therapy

Posted by Dan Hammer //

A call today from one of my clients reminded me of the power of nitric oxide therapy to address Power of Nitric Oxidecardiovascular health concerns.

My client first contacted me in February of 2013. He had been sent home from the hospital to get his affairs in order since he was given just months to live.

My client had small vessel disease of the heart. His ejection fraction was under 30. He had several blockages and because the arteries of his heart were so small and fragile nothing could be done to help him.

My client found me though my YouTube videos on the power of nitric oxide therapy to help improve the vascular system. He wanted to know if this would help him.

As I shared with him there is no guarantee that I or nitric oxide therapy could help him given his current condition. But since he had no further options for living he decided to apply nitric oxide therapy to see if it would help.

Fast forward to today, which is almost 5 years later. My client’s heart is in better shape today than when he first called me. His been give almost five additional years of life to enjoy his family and friends. And while he has had some heart related challenges over this last 5 years, he has been able to experience further medical procedures that have helped strengthen his heart.

These medical procedures would not have been possible without nitric oxide therapy.

He represents to me the power of nitric oxide therapy. And when properly applied, how it can make a significant difference in a person’s cardiovascular health and function. Read More →

Did Tom Brady’s Diet Result In Super Bowl Success

How much did Tom Brady’s diet contribute to his, and the New England Patriots, unbelievable comebackTom Brady's Diet win in Super Bowl 51?

Some are saying it was a major factor in helping a 39 year old quarterback, who has been in the league for 17 years, still think and perform like he was in his late 20s.

Here’s what I’ve been able to find on the internet. These are direct statements from his hired chief Allen Campbell:

Highlights of Tom Brady’s Diet

“So 80 percent of what they eat is vegetables. [I buy] the freshest vegetables. If it’s not organic, I don’t use it. And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon.”

“It’s very different than a traditional American diet. But if you just eat sugar and carbs—which a lot of people do—your body is so acidic, and that causes disease. Tom recently outed Frosted Flakes and Coca-Cola. I love that he did that. Sugar is the death of people.”

The Truth About L-Citrulline

The amino acid L-citrulline plays a vital role on the production of nitric oxide. Some would say that it’s even more important then L-arginine for the creation of this Miracle Molecule.

It’s with this in mind that we produced a new video titled “The Truth About L-Citrulline!” This video is part of The Million Lives Project, which is helping a million people or more understand how they could effectively use Nitric Oxide Therapy to significantly improve their health while reducing their risk for cardiovascular health concerns like high blood pressure, diabetes, sexual and cognitive function issues, and poor wound healing.

We invite you to watch this excellent video by either clicking here or clicking on the video.

Benefits of Dark Chocolate and Nitric Oxide

Wouldn’t it be great if dark chocolate and nitric oxide could boost your athletic performance.Dark Chocolate and Nitric Oxide

I’m not sure if I should have a question mark or an exclamation mark after that statement. What I do know is that I want to thank Anna for sending me the following article from the New York Times:

Chocolate Can Boost Your Workout. Really.

This article featured a new sports performance study that was published December 2015 in The Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Here’s a quick summary of this study:

There were eight male cyclists who agreed to replace one of their normal snacks with 40 grams of chocolate per day. 40 grams is 1.4 ounces or about one and a half squares. They used the Dove brand of dark chocolate. White chocolate was used as a control.

All cyclists were tested before starting their chocolate program. These tests measured their fitness and oxygen uptake during moderate rides and all-out sprints on a stationary bike. Then they were told to eat their chocolate every day for two weeks. After two weeks they returned to the lab for a repeat of these tests.

The results showed that the cyclists who consumed the dark chocolate performed better in most of their physical tests over those who ate the white chocolate. This improvement was attributed to improved nitric oxide levels. However, this was an assumption since the researchers did not directly measure nitric oxide levels.
